Soul Ride
Meet at Lifetime Fitness in the Rim Shopping Center (IH10 and 1604) 5639 Worth Parkway San Antonio, TX 78257 at 7:45am.
Wheels down (bike ready, helmet on, ready to go) at 8am.
Devotional followed by ride.
Beginners: 8-10 miles flat along 1604 access road.
Advanced: 25 miles

Weekend Run - Salado Creek Greenway
Meet on Voelcker Lane, San Antonio Tx 78248 at 7am.
Out-and-back course on paved/cement trail Blanco to Huebner.
Directions: From Bitters/Blanco follow Blanco south. Take a slight right on Old Blanco after the traffic light at Churchill Estates. Old Blanco turns right and becomes Voelcker Lane. Parking at end of road.
Beginners: 40 min or max 4 miles walk/run at moderate pace.

Out-and-back course on paved/cement trail Blanco to Huebner.

Meet at Al Becken Pavillion (13102 Jones-Maltsberger San Antonio, Texas 78247) at 6pm.
Beginners: 15min jog - 15 min tempo - 10 min jog.
Alternate: 15 min warmup - 3 mile tempo run.

Cycling Workout
Organized rides will start on March 17th after the time change. Until then, 30 minutes on the bike at the gym or on your own.
Track Workout - Reagan High School
Devotional at 6pm. Workout immediately following.
1 mile warmup followed by stretching.
Beginners: 5x400m w/ 200m active recovery
Alternate: 8x800s w/ active recovery (rest interval should match the time it takes you to run an 800m)
1 mile cooldown followed by stretching.
