Devotional at 7pm.  Workout immediately following. 
1 mile warmup followed by stretching.

Hill Repeats
Sprinters: 2 set of 5 x 60sec run (jog back to start)
Distance: 2 sets of 6 x70sec run (jog back to start)

1-2 mile cooldown followed by stretching.
