NEW START TIME FOR THE SUMMER -- 7PM --
Devotional at 7pm.  Workout immediately following. 
1 mile warmup followed by stretching.

Sprinters: 200-200-400-400-800-800-400-400-200-200m
Distance: 4x4s (4 x 4 min intervals with 3 min very active recovery)

2 mile cooldown followed by stretching.
