Track Workout - Reagan High School

Devotional at 6pm.  Workout immediately following. 
1 mile warmup followed by stretching.

Beginners: 5x400m w/ 200m active recovery
Alternate: 8x800s w/ active recovery (rest interval should match the time it takes you to run an 800m)

1 mile cooldown followed by stretching.
