Track Workout - Reagan High School

Devotional at 6pm.  Workout immediately following. 
1 mile warmup followed by stretching.

Beginners: 8x200m w/ 100m active recovery
Alternate: 4x4 (4 reps 4 min fast 3 min very active recovery

1 mile cooldown followed by stretching.
