Track Workout - Reagan High School

Devotional at 6pm.  Workout immediately following. 
1 mile warmup followed by stretching.

Beginners: 6x200m w/ 100m active recovery
Alternate: Ladder 400m - 800m - 1200m - 1600m - 1200m - 800m - 400m w/ active recovery

1 mile cooldown followed by stretching.
