Wednesday Night Spinervals

This Wednesday 6pm warm up and 6:10 start we will roll a 60 to 70 minute workout followed by an easy 3 mile run.  Bring a trainer, towel, and water bottle.
 
Refreshments, junk food, and lively conversation immediately after for those who want to stick around.
