Diploma Dash 2010 Fact Sheet
Whether you are a runner or walker, Diploma Dash attracts participants from all over South Texas! In 1998, the event became San Antonio’s City Championship 5K Race by mayoral proclamation. The course is a certified 5K flat and fast course for runners and a 1.5 mile course for individuals and families who would rather walk. Each participant receives a long-sleeved t-shirt and can compete for medals and cash prizes. This event is rain or shine - no refunds!
Here's how you can participate in Diploma Dash 2010 -
$25 before midnight, February 24, 2010, or $35 on race day
Special Categories: Clydesdale (male, 190 lbs.+), Filly (female, 140 lbs.+) or Wheelchair
Register as a Fitness Walker for 1.5 mile walk
$25 before midnight, February 24, 2010, or $35 on race day
Register as a UTSA student or for the UTSA Student Team Challenge (any number) - $10 anytime, at the UTSA Alumni Programs Office, UC 2.00.10 or online with a credit card.
UTSA Department Team Challenge for Faculty and Staff
Departments challenge each other on teams of five to win a plaque and bragging rights until the next year! Register the five team members for $25 each at the Alumni Programs Office, University Center, 2.00.10.
UTSA Department Team Challenge Form and Waiver
Register for a child, 14-years and under - $10 anytime
Elementary school teachers and principals are encouraged to participate with their students. Special certificate for each student runner or walker.

Register a Corporate Team of Five - $300
Promote your company on a team. You may also download the form for each team member to fill out and mail or fax to the Alumni Programs office.
All Team Challenge members will be age- and gender-graded for final ranking.
All registered runners or walkers must sign the waiver on the entry form.
