Beginner Training Schedule

New Program starts First week of Feburary 2008

 All workouts will be listed on the event calendar. You will need to swim 2 nights a week. Monday nights are planned at Blossom with specific workouts. The other night is on your own. You will need to run 2 - 3 days a week. See the event calendar for group training. You will need to run on your own some, look for the dates on the calendar that say on your own. if you cannot run that day then run the day before or after but do the workout. You will need to cycle/spin at least 2 nights a week. See the event calendar for Saturday and/or Sunday rides. You will need to cycle on your own some, look for the dates on the calendar that say on your own. if you cannot cycle that day then cycle the day before or after but do the workout. On week 10 we will travel to the Texas Ski Ranch just north of New Braunfels, and ride the Cycling route for The ROOKIE Triathlon.
