Hill Repeat Workout - Reagan High School

Devotional and Prayer at 6:30pm.  Warm up immediately following.  We will do a 1 mile warm up from the track to Huebner Road including some stretching and a 1 mile cool down back to the track after the hill workout.  Bring plenty to drink to stay hydrated in the heat. 

Sprint Distance: 2x5 60 second hill repeats.  Walk/jog back down the hill 

Olympic Distance: 2x6 60 second hill repeats.  Walk/jog back down the hill 

1/2 IM Distance: 2x6 75 second hill repeats.  Walk/jog back down the hill
