Meet at the Bill Walker Pool @ BAC at about 7:45pm.  The pool opens up for open swim at 8pm.

$3 for a single swim, or $20 will get you a card good for 10 swims.

1 mile warmup followed by stretching.

Hill Repeats
Sprinters: 1 set of 6 x 70sec run (jog back to start)
Distance: 2 sets of 6 x60sec run (jog back to start)

1 mile cooldown followed by stretching.

Ride in Hill Country Village / Hollywood Park.  Meet at Hollywood Park City Hall, 2 Mecca Drive.  Close to 281 and Thousand Oaks.    There will be a ride leader.

Meet at Boerne City Lake @ 6pm (be early if you can).

Entry into the park is $5 CASH.

Training options are plentiful:

  1. Open water swim
  2. Bike ride (hills everywhere you go)
  3. Run

I will be swimming across the lake and back, then biking.  Might go for a short run after finishing the bike ride.

Distance: 8x800m with active recovery
Recovery time should equal the time it takes you to run an 800

1 mile cooldown followed by stretching.

Kayak supported swim with two distances either ½ mile (point and back) or 1 mile (across the lake and back). Bike ride with two distance options of 15 or 30 miles. The run also has two distance options, 3 or 6 miles. Come do all three disciplines, just one or any combination. All groups will have a leader. There will be water and/or Heed available on site. Boerne Lake is now charging entrance fees. Weekend entry fee is $8 per vehicle.
