Run long with RTR. They meet every Sunday morning at McAllister Park (Al Becken Pavillion) and leave promptly at 7:30am. They have a 14 mile loop that takes you thru Hollywood Park and several other neighborhoods. There is water stops at mile 4, 7 and 10. This is more of a pure running group and the pace is faster. If you are not able to keep a 8:00-8:30 min/mile pace, you should consider getting familiar with the course before you run with them. | ||
