Open Water Swim followed by Bike Ride and/or Run. Feet in the water at 7am, ready to go. I know, it is early
This is a great opportunity to do a brick or even a swim/bike/run workout. Since we are in race season, there may be weekends with very few people at the lake. Please stay up with email or call Alicia at 210-313-0463 or Tomm at 210 525-1024 for the latest status.
A group of experienced runners from CBC meet for their weekly long run at Starbucks at the southeast corner of 281/1604 (inside of the loop next to HEB) at 7am. The route takes them thru Hollywood Park. You can expect to find runners that average 8-10 minute/mile pace. They are training with the Rock'n'Roll half marathon and marathon in mind.
When finished, they sit down to socialize and enjoy a hot or cold drink at Starbucks.
Please contact Curt Dewey 889-2274 or Tomm Wisloff 525-1024 for more information.
