SUMMARY:Starbucks Long Run
DESCRIPTION:<p>
 A group of experienced runners from CBC meet for their weekly long run at Starbucks at the southeast corner of 281/1604 (inside of the loop next to HEB) at 7am.  The route takes them thru Hollywood Park.  You can expect to find runners that average 8-10 minute/mile pace.  They are training with the Rock'n'Roll half marathon and marathon in mind.
 </p>

 When finished\, they sit down to socialize and enjoy a hot or cold drink at Starbucks.

SUMMARY:RTR Long Run
DESCRIPTION:<p>
 Run long with RTR.  They meet every Sunday morning at McAllister Park (Al Becken Pavillion) and leave promptly at 7\:30am.  They have a 14 mile loop that takes you thru Hollywood Park and several other neighborhoods.  There is water stops at mile 4\, 7 and 10.
 </p>
 <p>
 This is more of a pure running group and the pace is faster.  If you are not able to keep a 8\:00-8\:30 min/mile pace\, you should consider getting familiar with the course before you run with them.
